Recovery
Aminos during the session, creatine every day, and the sleep basics so the work you do actually turns into muscle.
For two-a-days, sore-all-week lifters, and anyone over 35 who noticed recovery got slower.
What is in it
…
…
Intra-workout aminos
…
EAAs and electrolytes you sip while you train. Less soreness the next day is the thing people notice first.
…
…
Creatine monohydrate
…
Not just strength: creatine supports recovery between sessions and is the most studied supplement on the shelf.
…
…
Magnesium
…
Sleep is where recovery happens. Magnesium glycinate at night, if we have it in stock.

How to take it
- Intra: one scoop in 20 to 30 oz of water, sipped across the session.
- Creatine: 3 to 5 g daily, any time.
- Magnesium: 200 to 400 mg an hour before bed. Skip it if you already take a multi with a full dose.
What to skip
Skip "recovery" blends that are mostly sugar and a proprietary blend you cannot read. Sleep, protein and water do more than any powder.
