This Privacy Policy explains what information New Era Nutrition ("we," "us") collects when you use www.neweranutrition.fitness or shop with us, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- Contact & order info — name, phone number, and email you provide to place an order, join Rewards, or sign up for restock alerts.
- Transaction info — items purchased and pickup/delivery details. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — basic analytics (pages viewed, device type) collected via cookies to improve the site, only after you accept the cookie notice.
How we use it
- To fulfill orders and offer in-store pickup and local delivery.
- To run New Era Rewards, which is tied to your phone number.
- To send restock and deal texts you opt into. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
- To measure and improve site performance.
SMS / text messaging
By providing your phone number for restock alerts or Rewards, you consent to receive automated texts about your orders and offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies for essential site function and, with your consent, for analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 for traffic measurement only — advertising features and ad personalization are disabled. Analytics storage is set to denied by default when the page loads and is only enabled if you press Accept on the cookie notice that appears at the bottom of the screen. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Because analytics cookies are off until you opt in, no analytics storage is set for visitors who never accept.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use Google Analytics for measurement only, with advertising features and Google Signals disabled. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., payment processing, hosting, SMS delivery) and as required by law.
Your California rights

New Era Rewards — Notice of Financial Incentive
New Era Rewards offers a price benefit in exchange for personal information, so we describe it here. What we collect: your phone number, and your name if you give it. The incentive: 1 point per $1 spent; 100 points is $5 off. How to join: give us your phone number at the counter or at checkout. How to leave: ask us at the store, or email hello@neweranutrition.fitness and we will delete your record and any unredeemed points. Joining is voluntary and is not a condition of buying anything. We value the incentive at the discount actually redeemed, which is the only cost the program carries for us; we do not sell the information collected through it.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
Children
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
