Our return and refund policy for supplements and other products.

Returns
- Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase or pickup with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Opened items — for health and safety reasons, opened supplements generally cannot be returned unless the product is defective or we made an error.
- Gift cards, clearance, and final-sale items are non-refundable.
Defective or wrong items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. In-store purchases can be refunded at the McFarland store. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
