How to get your order — in-store pickup, local delivery to McFarland, Delano and Wasco, and carrier shipping (coming soon).

In-store pickup (McFarland)

• Order online and pick up at 408 2nd St, McFarland, CA 93250 — most orders are bagged and ready in about an hour during store hours.
• Store hours: Mon–Fri 10AM–8PM, Sat–Sun 10AM–6PM. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
• Bring your order confirmation. Pickup is free.

Local delivery

We deliver to McFarland, Delano and Wasco.

• $9 per order, free on orders over $75. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Pick your town at checkout and add your street address. If your town isn't listed we don't deliver there yet — call us and we'll tell you the nearest pickup option.
• Orders placed during store hours usually go out the same day. There's no cut-off — anything late in the day goes out the next day we're open.
• We text the number on the order when the driver is on the way.

Carrier shipping

Not available yet. We're setting up carrier accounts so we can mail orders outside the delivery area. When it's live, rates will be quoted at checkout from the carrier for your address, and you'll get tracking by text and email. Until then, orders are pickup or local delivery — or call us and we'll work something out.

Where shipping is offered, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines and rates are shown at checkout and depend on destination and carrier. You'll receive tracking where available.

Order issues

If your order is delayed, incomplete, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at hello@neweranutrition.fitness or (661) 428-4801 and we'll make it right.
